3+ years of experience in carrier sales and/or transport coordination, specialising in the UK Full Load market
Knowledge of managed carriers, automation tools, and recommendation systems
Fluent in English and any other European Language
Proficiency in CRM tools and business KPI management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilities European Haulage Subcontractor Coordinator – Responsibilities
Subcontractor Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with subcontracted logistics providers, ensuring service levels are met, costs are controlled, and compliance with regulations is maintained.
Match capacity to shipments to meet customer expectations and ensure seamless freight execution
Take ownership of strategic freight opportunities by aligning internal teams and delivering tailored capacity solutions
Build a healthy portfolio of carrier capacity by sourcing, negotiating, and buying at market-competitive rates
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers through communication, visits, and account reviews
Research and onboard new carriers by generating leads and qualifying opportunities About Us
