Our client is a leading retail bank based in the City. They are looking for an experienced Regulatory Documents & Policies Manager to support the production of ICAAP and ILAAP documentation to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Regulatory Documents & Policies Manager
* Review of internal policies and procedures - including gap analyses
* Supporting the second line of defence in drafting ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP and SOE documentation
* Ensuring regulatory documentation is up to date and in line with internal and external regulatory requirements
* Organising working group meetings and attending Committees
* Ensuring monitoring metrics are in line with Board/Committee requirements
* Preparing and delivering training where required
* Ensuring both Compliance and audit deadlines are met in a timely manner
Skills and Attributes of a Regulatory Documents & Policies Manager
You will have a minimum of 5 years' retail banking experience with a proven background in regulatory documentation preparation. An understanding of ICAAP and ILAAP documentation is essential as is regulatory framework experience. Salary is £90-95K plus benefits including potential discretionary bonus and hybrid working.
