Job Description Proactively investigate LTI and RIDDOR incidents to reduce injury rates year-on-year. Promote and embed a zero-accident culture across the organisation. Investigate allergy incidents and near misses to identify causes and prevent reoccurrence. Monitor and review safety performance and audit data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support managers at all levels to achieve and maintain 5-Star Housekeeping standards. Partner with Operations Managers and Location Managers to prevent allergy-related incidents. Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and presentations with operations teams and school locations. Monitor Navitas audits and analyse accident/incident data for continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain robust health and safety policies across all catering operations. Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and risk management standards. Provide training and guidance to staff on safety procedures and best practices. Travel regularly to independent school sites to conduct audits and support operational teams.
