Location: Wellingborough Primary School
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting both teachers and pupils across a range of year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working one-to-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
* Helping to create a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
* Assisting with classroom preparation, organisation and general admin
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting the school’s values and ethos
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children (school experience preferred but not essential)
* Is patient, proactive, and reliable
* Works well as part of a team and uses initiative
* Has a good standard of literacy and numeracy
* Holds (or is willing to work towards) a relevant TA qualification
