We specialize in producing high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and natural-looking dentures. Our laboratory prides itself on producing the highest quality dental appliances while maintaining client and patient satisfaction at all times.
As part of our small, dedicated team, the successful candidate will embark on a continuous learning journey, honing their skills and ensuring that the work we produce meets the highest standards. You'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and participate in training courses, enhancing your expertise along the way.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled Prosthetic Dental Technician who is either experienced or just starting out but is eager to learn and passionate about producing exceptional work. You should possess a positive outlook, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality. If you have experience in high-quality production work (e.g., as a process worker), we are open to considering your application.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce all aspects of private and independent dental prosthetic work to the highest standards.
* Manage your own workflow effectively while assisting in organizing the daily operations of the lab.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction.
* Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Qualified, UK-based and registered dental technician with experience in producing high-quality prosthetic work.
* CAD design experience is an advantage, but not essential—full training will be provided.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
* A positive and proactive approach to learning and personal development.
