Our clients are seeking an experience Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property Team undertaking a wide range of commercial property related issues for PLC and multinational clients as well as property developers, housing associations, investors, charities and individuals.
The work will include operations on
1. warehousing and industrial properties and sites,
2. Offices
3. Development Sites
4. Hotels/Clubs/Bars etc.
involving
5. Commercial leases and lease renewals
6. Acquisition and sale of commercial premises
7. Rent reviews
8. Dilapidation issues
9. Tenancy Agreements
10. Planning Issues
11. Conditional Contracts
12. Property related Joint Venture Agreements
13. Licenses
14. Site Acquisitions
15. Auction Acquisitions/Disposals
