Due to continued growth, we're looking for a talented Audit & Accounts Senior to join our expanding team based on the outskirts of Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio while developing your leadership and technical skills in a supportive environment.
The Role
As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you'll:
* Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion
* Prepare statutory accounts in line with UK reporting standards
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Identify risks and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Stay up to date with legislation, standards, and best practices
What We're Looking For
* ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience within a UK accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
* A proactive mindset and desire to continuously improve
