Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with a proven track record within a Commercial Dealership to successfully deliver the operational and strategic plans of the depot. This role is based at our Cardiff depot and involves managing a team of 17 across the Workshop, Parts and Front of House.
Responsibilities
* Grow the profitability of the business through management and development of employees and customers.
* Exceed the best vehicle industry standards through financial productivity, operating standards and customer & employee satisfaction.
* Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and P&L control.
* Plan, organise and analyse data to formulate appropriate and timely actions.
Qualifications
* Proven senior leadership experience in a Commercial Dealership setting.
* Strong commercial awareness and P&L control skills.
* Excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to analyse data and drive timely actions.
* Demonstrated desire to develop people and expand customer base.
