Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are currently recruiting experienced multiskilled tradespersons who are actively working in the industry, undertaking maintenance works due to an increase in our workload.
Responsibilities
* Painting and general maintenance
* Bricklaying and pointing brickwork
* Patch render repairs and concreting
* Pre‑decorative repairs such as wood repairs
* General maintenance on a cyclical repairs and redecoration contract of housing stock across the Sittingbourne area on a self‑employed basis
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experienced multiskilled tradesperson actively working in the industry
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS card desirable
* Ready to work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
* Immediate start available for suitable applicants
Compensation & Working Hours
£550.00 to £643.50 per week depending on experience.
Hours: 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
Location
Sittingbourne.
