We’re recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 14 month FTC to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary.Join our Finance Operations team and help us protect client money, support investment decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance. 1. Preparing daily client money funding calculations and reconciliations
2. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely filing and storage
3. Producing management information and regulatory reporting
4. Understanding and applying FCA and CASS rules
5. Supporting business change initiatives in line with compliance standards
6. Calculating and assessing Unit Trust box decisions and cash positions
7. Managing daily box reconciliations and communicating with stakeholders
8. Building strong relationships across teams to improve processes
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Experience in finance operations or technical accounting roles
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Knowledge of client money regulations and reconciliation processes
12. Familiarity with investment products and operational systems
13. Ability to work independently and take initiative
14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
15. Proficiency in MS Office and finance platforms (e.g. Rufus, EWS)
16. A commitment to treating customers fairly and upholding company values
