Responsibilities
* Lead your own caseload of finance and children cases with support from the team.
* Collaborate with dedicated support teams (secretarial, legal assistants, billing, client care) to enable you to focus on clients and the practice of family law.
* Utilise the customised case management system and efficient workflows designed to streamline processes.
Qualifications
* Chartered Legal Executive, Associate or Solicitor within family law or a role where progression opportunities, flexibility or challenge are sought.
* Ambitious with a desire to progress your career and develop professionally.
* Empathy and sensitivity when working with clients going through difficult periods.
