Thurrock – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rota’d basis.

Your Role
4. Represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service.
5. Work closely with the Online General Manager to ensure the smooth process for customers placing orders online
6. Liase with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver the best in after sales customer service.
7. Play a key role in the financial functions of a multi-million pound online store.
8. Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
9. Following health & safety procedures at all times.
10. Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
