The Role

* Focus on building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
* A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
What We Look For
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
* Proven experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
