Role: Full Stack PHP Web Developer

We are looking for either a mid-level, or senior, Full Stack PHP Web Developer, to join a retail organisation which has several new projects lined-up to enhance further growth of the business
This role will sit as part of a 3 Software Developers, will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the business to work as an end-to-end product developer, from working with stakeholders to gather requirements, find opportunities to implementation of code.
We're really looking for someone that wants to build relationships, understand the complex business systems (in this case, an in-house built ERP ((PHP/Laravel)) and build new features.
Key areas of the role include:
1. Ensure the maintenance and growth of the businesses in-house built systems. These systems underpin the organisation and currently help the business generate circa £40m in revenue
2. Implementation of design changes, and new features as needed
3. Build solutions across the full stack, from PHP/Laravel (PHP 8+) on the back end to a VUE front end
4. Identify problem areas within the current systems, and present ways of solving these challenges
5. Working as a true end-to-end product developer, from building business knowledge, gathering requirements to implementation of code....
