Scheduler
* Annual Salary: £28,000
* Location: Four Ashes
* Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Join a well-established and growing home improvement and building services company as a Scheduler. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient coordination of field-based fitters across the Midlands region, offering a seamless transition from temporary to permanent employment.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Schedule and allocate daily jobs to a team of fitters.
* Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and job details.
* Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments to schedules.
* Communicate effectively with fitters to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records of job bookings and updates.
* Respond to urgent scheduling changes or customer requests.
* Support the operations team with general administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role, preferably within construction, maintenance, or field services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems (training provided if needed).
* A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
