Mental Health Nurse – Complex Care
Location: Birmingham
Salary: from £33,412.86
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: Rotational days and nights, including weekends and bank holidays
About the Role: We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality, person-centred care in a complex care setting. You will support individuals with complex mental health needs, helping them work towards greater independence and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialist nursing care for individuals with complex mental health conditions
Develop and implement individualised care plans
Establish therapeutic relationships with service users
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamRequirements:
Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with active NMC registration
Experience in complex mental health care
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
