Role Overview
You will lead a team of Fraud Insight Agents, delivering consumer fraud insights and storytelling. The fraud types you will focus on include identity, account takeover, network and other related fixed and mobile consumer frauds.
Key Delivery Areas
* Continuous Insights – delivery of fraud reporting, maintenance of Tableau dashboards, development and maintenance of fraud insight databases and tooling.
* Proactive Insights – identification, monitoring and investigation of emerging fraud trends/MOs at scale, corroboration of threat intelligence, development and maintenance of monitoring rules and systems.
* Investigative Insights – response to fraud insight requests, live/evolving fraud events, facilitation of fraud hackathons, support investigations (including prosecutions).
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of 3 direct reports within the Investigative Insights squad.
* People management, leadership, skills development and review.
* Operations management – ensure work delivered to required standard, make decisions, provide technical reviews and participate in technical delivery as needed.
* Drive delivery across the three key areas.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in fraud insight generation, large/complex fraud data analysis and visualisations across fraud prevention, detection or response.
* Significant experience in fraud investigations and stakeholder collaboration (e.g., legal teams, law enforcement).
* Proven experience managing and leading teams, people management, growth mindset and adaptability to new technologies and industry trends.
* Strong project and stakeholder management, delivering tight timelines on projects ranging from small to large scale.
* Expertise in organisational storytelling, transforming data analysis into strategic, actionable, communicable insights in written and oral form.
Desired Skills
* Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL.
* Understanding of complex data system architectures.
* Experience with identity fraud, account takeover and/or network fraud.
* Basic agile principles.
