Global Head of Solutions:
As a BSI Global Head of Solutions, you will partner with internal organizations and across their value chain. This role will support this growth across the globe. It will shape and harmonize our approach to establishing client solutions so that we are able to add more excellent value to our clients and enhance our client-centricity.
Responsibilities for this role:
This role will be responsible for building account plans, with revenue targets to develop the sales plan and forecast.
This role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting sales reports and identifying and resolving performance issues promptly and effectively to ensure delivery of the sales plan and accurate forecast across territories and business streams.
This role will be responsible for developing and producing accurate forecast and sales plan reports to support tracking and planning.
This role will establish a clear framework to guide the business when establishing ISA solutions with our clients.
This role will collaborate with the ISA sales organization to support ISA bids and tenders globally. It will play a key part in translating the client’s requirements into a commercial solution.
This role will collaborate with the delivery team to translate the client requirements into a set of achievable deliverables and ensure the team competencies are appropriate in supporting this. They will analyze current client deliverables to identify further opportunities to support the client.
This role will be collaborating with the respective operations, SME’s and internal training teams to develop generic, and client specific auditor training as required. This will build on our existing ISO auditors’ skill set to respond to specific program or client requirements when supporting ISA solutions.
Travel requirements: Global travel as required to support business and client activity
