Your new company A well-established and highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy, Bailey Partnership, is continuing to grow its building services offering and is now looking to appoint an Associate Electrical Engineer or Technical Director to join its Kent-based team.The practice delivers high-profile schemes across the UK and is recognised for its collaborative culture, technical excellence, and long-term career progression. Your new role This is a senior leadership position offering a balance of technical authority, client-facing responsibility, and strategic input. You will play a key role in leading electrical building services design across a diverse project portfolio, while supporting team development and contributing to the continued growth of the business.Projects typically include: Large-scale residential-led and mixed-use developments Urban regeneration and masterplanning schemes Education and public-sector projects Commercial and complex multi-disciplinary developments The role is flexible in title, with appointments considered at Associate or Technical Director level, depending on experience.
