Responsibilities include: Leading, advising, and motivating your team of Support Workers Supporting the Service Manager in delivering excellent services Ensuring compliance with external regulatory standards Conducting supervisions, team meetings, and staff development Participating in the 24-hour on-call rotational system Promoting person-centred approaches and positive outcomes for the people we support Who We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who: Hold an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Have relevant experience in the care sector Have previous supervisory or management experience Possess strong communication and leadership skills Are flexible and committed to delivering high-quality care Why Join Lifeways?
