Overview
As a member of the Transformation team, the Graduate Transformation Analyst will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Utilising your ability to understand and resolve complex queries and issues, you will support requirements gathering, solution design, business readiness and testing activity.
You will work closely with Operational Business Analysts, Project Managers, wider business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to effectively deliver change. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a passion for driving improvements and getting things done in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support requirements gathering, solution design, development and testing activity across transformation initiatives
* Support internal and external stakeholders with resolution of identified issues within transformation and change implementation
* Ensure that solution design meets customer and business needs by conducting assessments and testing activity
* Document detailed test cases to support business verification / acceptance testing
* Help shape the business testing approach and conduct test execution
* Identify issues and errors during testing activity, articulating the issue clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders
* Identify and document process changes and/or improvements that come about as a result of major technology programmes, engaging different business functional areas to ensure these are fit for purpose, understood, governed and embedded
* Support business and adviser readiness activities to ensure all stakeholders are supported through large scale transformational change
* Be responsible for maintaining accurate records of change requests, assessments and approvals and support the preparation of reports and presentations summarising change activities and outcomes
* Support the Head of Transformation and Project Managers with ad hoc programme management requests
* Demonstrate flexibility during periods of high workload, assisting with other key transformation activities when required
* Work collaboratively with third party suppliers and their teams.
You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
