The role what is it we would like you to do? Providing support to the development of our physical asset management activity
Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments
Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities
Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with managers to ensure efficient financial control
Undertaking consultancy and lenders technical advisor roles
Assisting with facilities management procurement, PPP contract management and FM strategic reviews and management
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you Relevant chartered status preferred
A minimum of five years relevant PPP management experience within the public and/or private sectors
Specific knowledge in both client technical advisor roles and lender due diligence pre-contract (pre-financial close) and operational monitoring, including commercial management of transactions, payment mechanism and project risks
Ability to act client-facing to public sector clients (eg local authorities/NHS) and private sector clients (eg lenders/SPVs) in relation to PPP and FM activity
An understanding and experience of PPP procurement delivery
Track record in managing external consultants
Commercial awareness
Strong leadership, teamwork and negotiating skills
Excellent people management, relationship and influencing skills
Diplomacy, empathy and integrity
Good communication skills
