* Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Rates
* Umbrella Rate: £18-£20ph
* PAYE Inc. Rate: £16.27 - £18.01ph
Contract Length
* 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
* Supporting solicitors with complex property transactions and local authority land projects.
* Maintaining accurate records and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About You
* Proven experience in the legal side of residential conveyancing is essential.
* Familiarity with local government legislation and governance is desirable, though not essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills are key.
