----------------------------------- What You’ll Do – Your Day-to-Day
* Welcome every guest with a warm smile, eye contact, and genuine hospitality
* Take and serve orders efficiently while anticipating guest needs
* Communicate dietary requirements, allergies, or special requests to the kitchen
* Set up and maintain clean, well-presented dining areas throughout your shift
* Process transactions and payments using MICROS or similar systems
* Adhere to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
* Complete daily closing tasks and assist with restocking and setup
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure exceptional service
* Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Ideally, you’ll have:
* Previous experience in food & beverage or customer-facing roles (preferred)
* Great communication and interpersonal skills

* Confidence using point-of-sale systems and handling payments
* A strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and adaptability
