About Us:
TMICC is on a mission to craft irresistible experiences that lead the category and shape the future of Ice Cream. We blend creativity, science, and consumer obsession to deliver products that delight and disrupt. Our Consumer Technical Insights (CTI) team is central to this mission, driving RD&I strategy through deep consumer understanding and future-facing foresight.
As Europe CTI Manager, you’ll be the strategic bridge between consumers and innovation. You’ll lead insight generation that fuels product development, guides technology platforms, and unlocks growth across our European ice cream portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
1. Champion consumer-first design across core brand innovation and renovation pipelines
2. Anticipate emerging trends and behaviours to unlock future growth opportunities
3. Lead qualitative and quantitative research to fuel benefit-led technology development
4. Evolve our Strategic Understanding Programme with cutting-edge insight methodologies
5. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to embed insights into product development
6. Stay ahead of the curve on tech, tools, and cultural shifts that shape consumer expectations
7. Travel up to 25%
What You’ll Bring:
8. Degree in Market Research, Psychology, Business, or related field
9. 7+ years in consumer insights or market research, including 3+ years in a leadership role
10. Proven ability to turn complex data into compelling, actionable strategies
11. Expertise in a range of research methodologies (qual + quant, sensory, digital, neuro)
12. Strong communication skills to influence across technical and commercial teams
13. Agile mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous learning

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
