 * Role: Support Worker Driver
 * Pay Rate: £13.00Per Hour
 * Shifts: Nights
 * Full-time - 42hours per week

 * Supporting participation in meaningful community-based activities such as sports, volunteering, and social events.
 * Encouraging independence, confidence, and self-expression.
 * Providing consistent, respectful, and positive support aligned with individual care plans.
 * Working collaboratively within a professional male-only team to meet the person’s specific needs.
💡 About You
We’re looking for someone who brings more than experience someone who brings heart. You will:
 * Have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
 * Be proactive, patient, and passionate about enabling independence.
 * Be committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.
 * Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
 * Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
