RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
* Responsible for preparing Cost Control Monthly Report and distribute to management.
* Responsible for preparing weekly flash F&B cost for all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
* Check and verify the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
* Check and verify voids in the Point Soft (POS) & WAS (Web Admission System).
* Check and verify discounts on the Point soft & WAS.
* Check and verify any happy hour's discounts.
* Check and verify all complimentary sales in Point soft & WAS.
* Check and verify all staff meals, ENT and staff discounts.
* Check and verify for any lost postings.
* Check and verify staff meal cost report.
* Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe.
* Check the menu pricing on the Point soft & WAS to ensure the correct prices are loaded.
* Continuously study weaknesses in F&B control implemented and provide suggestions for improvements.
* Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
* Responsible for linking the articles and Recipes in CheckSCM.
* Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
* Responsible to guide the Operation Teams on Menu Pricing.
* Participate in monthly stock taking exercise.
* Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
* Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
* Determined standard stock, par level and reorder level for store to avoid excessive stock.
* Alert Operation Team and Finance of slow-moving goods and goods nearing expiry dates to reduce waste and alter product purchasing to accommodate.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Should possess minimum Degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar position.
* Experience in receiving, store and hotel operation is an advantage.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good analytics and reporting skills.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
* Good knowledge and use of Check SCM is
mandatory
including F&B POS.
* Have a high-level attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and to collaborate with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
