The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and passionate Behaviour and Pastoral Assistant to join Longfield Academy. The role involves supporting students' positive behaviour, engagement, and removing barriers to learning, under the leadership of the Head of Behaviour and Welfare. Responsibilities include being a proactive duty manager, engaging with families and external agencies, supporting the choices manager, making calls to parents/carers, and supporting students' learning engagement.
