The Opportunity
We're seeking a proactive Regional HR Advisor to deliver hands-on, generalist HR support across multiple sites in the North West and Midlands. You'll partner with managers to drive a positive, inclusive culture and ensure HR best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise on HR policy, employee relations, performance, and compliance
2. Support disciplinary and grievance processes
3. Coach line managers on people practices
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment and temporary staffing
5. Maintain HR systems and provide key metrics
6. Coordinate apprenticeships and L&D activity
7. Lead on engagement and diversity initiatives
