Employment Lawyer – Edinburgh/Glasgow (18199)
1. 5+ years’ PQE
2. Manage a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal claims, HR advisory work, and issues such as discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, and whistleblowing.
3. Provide employment support on corporate transactions, including TUPE and due diligence, while working closely with clients and colleagues.
In-House Solicitor – Edinburgh (18197)
4. 3+ years’ PQE (flexible)
5. Advise on litigation, employment, contracts, governance, and compliance matters, including representing the organisation in court and supporting internal investigations and tribunal processes.
6. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and manage a varied caseload while supporting multiple internal stakeholders.
Employment – Glasgow/Remote (18122)
7. 4+ years’ PQE
8. Manage a varied caseload of predominantly contentious employment matters for both claimant and respondent clients.
9. Deliver high-quality client service while supporting junior team members and staying up to date with legal developments.
Employment – Edinburgh/Glasgow (17506)
10. 3–6 years’ PQE
11. Advise commercial clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including litigation, TUPE, corporate support, and regulatory issues.
12. Work as part of a top-ranked UK Employment team on complex and cross-border matters with strong development opportunities.
Projects (Non-Contentious Construction) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (16345)
13. NQ–5 years’ PQE
14. Work on high-profile construction and infrastructure projects across sectors including real estate development, energy, transport, and infrastructure.
15. Draft and negotiate construction contracts, consultant appointments, and collateral warranties while supporting transactions and client relationships.
Head of Litigation – Flex (18133)
16. 4+ years’ PQE
17. Lead Employment Tribunal litigation for business clients across the UK, managing cases from initial instruction through to hearings and mediation.
18. Oversee case strategy and client relationships while also supporting non-contentious employment advice and business development activities.
