Job Opportunity
Role Title: Senior Case Worker (SCW)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Work Base: Based in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
Role Type: 1 year FTC
Annual Leave: 28 days including bank holidays and company Christmas shut down days

We operate from Newcastle and London, delivering trusted, evidence based insights that improve outcomes for clients across catastrophic injury and clinical negligence matters.
Role Overview
The Senior Case Worker (SCW) plays a vital role in supporting expert engagement and ensuring efficient, timely report delivery. The SCW will also oversee the ongoing management of the Accuro vendor relationship, once the initial implementation is completed by the Implementation Officer.
Key Responsibilities
* Information Governance Lead. To be responsible for ensuring the organisations manages, protects and uses information legally, securely and effectively.
* Expert Relationship Management. Be the primary point of contact for Experts, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear expectations, and ongoing engagement.
* Case Management Oversight. Oversee report workflows from expert assignment through to final delivery — with an emphasis on timeliness, quality, and issue resolution.
* Operational Contribution (Including Enquiries) Collaborate with the Ops, Admin, and Enquiries teams to ensure aligned workflows and timely handoffs.
* Support improvement in enquiry response times by feeding in expert availability, turnaround potential, and capacity.
* Work with the Enquiries Team to ensure expert matching is feasible and timely, supporting pipeline flow.
Essential Skills
Who are we looking for?
Relevant Qualifications and Experience:
* English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
* Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or equivalent
* Industry experience, legal or medical administrative background would be advantageous but not essential
