Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support students and staff across schools in the Northampton area. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on young people's lives.

The Role:
* Promote a positive behaviour culture across the school
* Mentor individual students to improve engagement and conduct
* Support staff in implementing structured intervention plans
* Maintain a visible presence around the school to support behaviour
* Lead on positive rewards systems and behavioural tracking
* Coordinate community outreach programmes, character development, and work experience opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with young people in education, youth work, or similar settings
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* Resilient, proactive, and passionate about student welfare
* Able to build strong relationships and lead by example

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
