An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Chester & Maelor Agency. **About the role:** As a Customer Service Advisor within our team, you’ll be working at the very heart of an expanding local business. Once trained, you will specialise in speaking to high-net-worth home insurance customers, along with dealing with motor insurance and financial services enquiries. You would be expected to provide exceptional customer service when handling new and existing enquiries. As well as proactively maximising sales by both cross-selling products to existing clients and generating new business leads. You’ll be required to apply your excellent telephone manner to make the most of every prospect and promote the organisation at every opportunity. **About you:** • A confident professional individual, with a strong willingness to learn. • Comfortable & experienced in achieving sales targets. • Organised and hard working. • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills both on the phone and face to face with customers. • Enjoy working in a team as well as on your own. • Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. • Ability to multi-task. • Be able to show empathy to customers when needed. • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car as part of the role may involved visiting clients. • Must be able to commute to the office in Chester (CH3) daily. **Our commitment to you:** We offer a professional, hardworking yet supportive and friendly environment with a strong team ethos and ethical practices.
