Denma Cleaning Services is a family-run commercial cleaning company providing professional services across the South Coast and beyond.
We're looking for a proactive and flexible General Operations Assistant to work closely with our Area Manager, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting the Area Manager with delegated tasks
• Visiting client sites to support cleaning teams and check standards
• Covering cleaning duties where required
• Helping with recruitment tasks such as interviews and inductions
• Supporting with stock checks, site paperwork, and audits
What we’re looking for:
• Someone organised, reliable, and hands-on
• Able to adapt to different tasks – no two days are the same
• Good communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach
• Full UK driving licence (essential – travel required)
