Overview
Ocado Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Team Member to deliver high‑quality products across Southampton, Hampshire. The position is part‑time, seasonal or temporary, with an average of three 8‑hour shifts per week.
Responsibilities
• Deliver orders to customers while maintaining an excellent customer experience;
• Use pre‑planned routes and automated van load planning;
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and returns, and handle returns or complaints as needed;
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies during all deliveries.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months of driving experience with a full UK or EU driving licence;
* No more than 6 penalty points and no driving disqualifications within the last 5 years;
* Over 18 years old;
* Good communication skills and a customer‑facing attitude;
* No prior experience required as training will be provided.
Contract Details
• Part‑time/temporary/seasonal with three 8‑hour shifts per week varying by day;
• Shift times AM & PM – start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00;
• Pay rate £14.04 per hour with the possibility of premiums; paid every 4 weeks (monthly schedule);
• All breaks paid.
