Accounts Assistant/Administrator, Belfast, c£25k +
We are working with a successful Property Management services business to recruit their new Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join them in Belfast on a permanent basis.
Working Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm within a busy office environment and closely with the Company Accountant, your duties will include:
* Sales & purchase ledger
* Credit control
* Payment allocations
* Supplier invoices and allocating expenditure
* Wages
* Preparing monthly reports for the Directors
What we are looking for;
* At least 1 year previous experience in a similar role, experience in the property/build industry is desirable.
* Confident communication skills.
* Sound level of IT literacy, ideally with experience of QuickBooks.
