Installation Team Leader
Our well-known manufacturing and construction company based in Wellington is looking for a number of full-time temporary to permanent installation team leaders to help drive the team forward on projects.
You will be looking after and supporting your team with the installation, health and safety, KPIs and instructed and leading them on each project and on each build. You will also be reading and interpreting technical drawings, site layouts and structural specifications.
Ideal Candidate
* 2/3 year's experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory position
* Racking and Installing work knowledge
* Green CSCS
* IPAF Licence
* Driving Licence (Desirable)
* Physically Fit
* Be ok with Travel across Stafford and Shropshire
* Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30 (Needs to be flexible)
Salary
£16.67 per hour
Weekend OT offered (1.5 × Saturday / DT Sunday & Bank Holidays for emergency service repairs etc)
