Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day execution of the global travel program, ensuring consistent service delivery, policy compliance, and a high-quality traveler experience.
* Oversee service desk operations, including traveler inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
* Partner with TMCs and suppliers to resolve complex issues and improve service outcomes.
* Support duty of care, including crisis monitoring and high-risk traveler tracking.
* Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into spend, behavior, and program performance.
* Maintain compliance tracking and support audits, including issue identification and resolution.
* Support travel-related financial processes and monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs to drive accountability and performance.
* Lead execution of program initiatives (RFPs, implementations, process enhancements) aligned to business priorities.
* Translate business needs into actionable plans, establishing standardized workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
* Manage travel website content and traveler communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
* Lead cross‑functional initiatives from planning through execution, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery against KPIs.
* Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and elevate issues to maintain momentum and success.
* Prepare insights, analysis, and business cases to support leadership decision‑making.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, digitization, automation, and adoption of self‑service tools.
* Implement operating rhythms and performance tracking, including regular reporting and program reviews.
* Support broader business initiatives as required.
