Business Development Consultant IT (part-time / full-time)

£30,000 pro rata plus commission ( OTE £35 - £40,000)

Are you a natural relationship-builder looking for a flexible, remote role?
The role consists of outbound calling to IT managers. You will have a consultative, initial conversation, and try to book a meeting for an external Sales Manager to attend. (you will also be following up to ensure the meeting actually happens. )
The good news is that you will receive commission on each meeting booked - regardless of the outcome of the meeting!
This role would suit someone who's competitive and enjoys making good money, but who still values work-life balance.
The commission structure is very easy to understand:
You get £25 for the first twelve meetings booked
You get £60 for each meeting after the first twelve (so for meeting number 13, 14, 15 etc you get £60 for every meeting booked)
OTE £34 - £37,000
You:
Excellent English, and if you speak another European language or knowledge of another international market, that would be a bonus! (German, French, Swedish, Dutch, Irish etc)
Strong communicator with excellent people & relationship building skills
Switched-on and self-motivated
Previous experience within the IT industry would be a bonus
Some previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, Recruitment or similar would be amazing
