SWOZI is an innovative sports technology company specializing in revolutionizing the way sports pitches are marked. Our precise and efficient robotic line-marking systems help sports clubs, local authorities, and greenkeepers save time and resources while ensuring impeccable pitch quality. As a growing company, we are now establishing a dedicated team in the UK to provide on-the-ground support for the sports sector.


Your Role

As a Technical Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of SWOZI in your assigned region (Northwest or Southeast England). You are not just a salesperson, but a trusted advisor and technical expert who guides customers from initial contact through to ongoing service. Your mission is to demonstrate the benefits of our unique solution with enthusiasm and expertise and to build long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

* Sales and Lead Generation: Actively acquire new customers, generate leads, and develop sales territory within your assigned region.
* Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling live demonstrations of our line-marking robots on-site for potential clients.
* Customer Onboarding: Train and empower customers to use our systems, ensuring smooth implementation.
* First-Level Support: Provide technical support and proactive assistance to our customers.
* Maintenance and Service: Perform routine maintenance on the robots and provide occasional line-marking services.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent service and proactive communication.
* Independent Work: Work autonomously, in a structured manner, and with a high degree of self-initiative.


Your Profile

* Technical Aptitude: You possess a strong technical understanding and the ability to comprehend and explain complex products. Experience in mechanics, electronics, or robotics is a plus.
* Sales-Driven Mindset: You have a proven sales mentality and the ability to present persuasive and close deals.
* Customer-Focused: You are friendly, competent, and helpful. You understand your customers' needs and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction.
* Flexibility & Travel: You are prepared to travel extensively within your sales territory.
* Team Player: You fully embrace the SWOZI brand and actively contribute to the team's success.
* Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
