We are looking for an experienced Room Leader to join our team and help lead a nurturing and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a room of children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
Support and mentor nursery staff within your room.
Plan and implement creative and educational activities for children.
Maintain excellent communication with parents and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with nursery policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements: Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 3).
Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
