Role Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive and professional secretarial support to the medical team, including audio transcription, live typing, and document preparation.
2. Support weekly MDT meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Manage sensitive patient information with discretion and accuracy.
4. Support colleagues during periods of absence, demonstrating flexibility and independence.
5. Utilize excellent IT and communication skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
6. Apply knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail to maintain high standards.
