We are seeking a dedicated Resident Involvement Manager to join our team in Enfield. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for fostering a positive relationship between residents and Christian Action Housing Association, ensuring that residents' voices are heard. Implement a strategic plan to meet the lessons learnt from the TSM and other regulatory feedback including complaints report. Build a forum to gather feedback from residents regarding their concerns, suggestions, and ideas to co-create services to improve community and implement effective scrutiny. Maintain records of resident involvement, feedback, and engagement activities for reporting on agreed key performance indicators and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM's) Collaborate with other departments, community organizations, and key stakeholders to create opportunities for resident empowerment and community improvement Regularly review and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance relating to tenant engagement and about us pages and effectively manage the tenant portal.
