We're looking for a General Manager for the St Andrew's Brew house in Norwich. This pub brews its own beer, and comes with ample room for events and celebrations which are a key part of the business. This pub is all about comfort - whether thats comfort pub food or a hug in a glass of are in house beer. Its also a great social spot for meeting with friends. This beauty has bags of potential for growth and we're looking for a people-focused General Manager who has experience growing a business to take the reins -bonus points if you have a passion for beer!
Running a Pub for Young's:
We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and
so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp
on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what
goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes!
You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your
business vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do, what the
team uniform is, and look after all your own recruitment and marketing.
