What you will do
* Collaborate with individuals across Manchester, providing expert social work support within the Preparing for Adulthood/LD Service.
* Work closely within the office for at least three days a week, contributing actively to team discussions and decisions.
* Apply your knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and risk management to support service users effectively.
* Participate in statutory social work duties, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
* Engage with community resources and partners to enhance service delivery and outcomes for individuals.
* Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Significant frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker within the UK Social Services, particularly in statutory roles.
