Responsibilities of an Assistant Head of Sales:
* Communicating the business strategy to all employees
* Educating the team in generating new business
* Achieving personal objectives and targets
* Understanding the departmental profit and loss account to proactively support the office
* Maintaining internal audit standards
* Assisting in enhancing the brand with external customers
* Developing strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and identifying opportunities for cross-referrals
Skills required to be a successful Assistant Head of Sales:
* Experience in a busy estate agency or sales environment (preferred)
* Commercially astute
* Self-motivated and able to inspire others
* Attention to detail with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* A full and clean UK driving licence
