Marketing Communications Manager
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager with proven experience in a similar marketing or digital marketing role. The ideal candidate should possess excellent management and leadership skills, along with strong communication, copywriting, and video production abilities. This position is based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Salary and Location
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits
Location: Hybrid – partly from the Ross-on-Wye office and partly from home

This role involves executing marketing activities aligned with company initiatives, supporting the Building Solutions Division, and ensuring all activities adhere to corporate guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding marketing communication needs for the division
* Campaign planning and KPI monitoring
* Managing media strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
* Coordinating marketing material production
* Managing email, content, website, and social media strategies
* Planning and delivering external events and trade shows
* Supporting trade marketing and public relations
* Conducting market research and translating insights into strategies
* Engaging with sales teams
* Managing marketing budgets
Candidate Requirements
* Marketing qualification preferred
* Experience in a similar marketing role, especially digital marketing
* Experience in video production and agency management
* Experience in the B2B industrial sector preferred
* Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management
