About This Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a new Teaching and Learning Consultant to our primary central team. The successful applicant will join an established team of specialists, working to raise standards and drive improvement across the Harris Federation. The role offers a creative practitioner the chance to collaborate across a group of academies.
Main Areas of Responsibility
* Coaching and mentoring teachers and staff.
* Sharing best practice and developing robust improvement strategies.
* Assisting academies in recruitment and selection.
* Helping to establish new practices or lead rapid recovery where required.
* Working strategically with Principals, senior leadership teams and support academies to improve standards and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
* At least three years of teaching experience.
* At least two years in a management role.
* Holding QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree.
* Resilient, creative and dynamic practitioner.
You will be fully supported through a comprehensive induction programme across the Federation.
