About Us:
Our schools in Romford are committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a love for languages. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL (French Teacher) for KS3 to join our team on a short-term basis, from June to July, to help students develop their French language skills and cultural understanding.
The Role:
As an MFL (French Teacher) for KS3, you will play a key role in our schools, teaching French to students across various year groups. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of the language department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Use a range of teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the language curriculum.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience in teaching French.
- Strong knowledge of the French language and culture.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
