Your role will include: Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to exceptional Champneys standards, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and comfort Preparing rooms so they feel calm, inviting and ready for guests to relax from the moment they arrive Maintaining tidy corridors and working areas, ensuring guest privacy and discretion at all times Keeping housekeeping trolleys and stock rooms well organised and fully stocked Reporting maintenance issues, damage or stock shortages promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor Working respectfully and quietly within guest accommodation, recognising that guests are here to rest and unwind Responding politely and professionally to guest requests in line with company procedures Supporting wider housekeeping and laundry duties when required Attending team meetings and training, with a willingness to continually improve standards and skills Health, safety and professionalism: Following all health, safety and fire procedures at all times Using cleaning products and equipment responsibly and in line with COSHH guidance Maintaining high standards of personal presentation, punctuality and conduct Working with discretion and confidentiality in all guest areas At Champneys, we know that the quality of our bedrooms shapes how guests feel throughout their stay.
